Endurance

Some bright ideas to test the youth’s endurance

Here are some activates that can be done:

Holding arms straight up in the air – after time this hurts. If they are still going you can try the invisible chair

invisible chair – sit with there back to the wall and sit like a chair

T Shirt in Ice – Fill a bucket with water and put a t shirt in it (preferbly an old one) and freeze it. As a team they have to get the t shirt out of the ice and put it on a team member.

Van Pull – as a team pull a van

Marble in Shoe – Put a marble in each of there shoe (this is a good thing to revolve a message around at the end of the evening)

Peg Game – Get pegs and see how many a kid can get onto there face in 1 min. If you get wooden and plastic pegs (as these cause difference strenghts of pain), each different type has a different point value.
