Amazing Race CAR RALLY brmmmmm
Randomally put your youth group into teams for the number of cars you are wishing to use.
Its a race around where ever you live against the other teams and time.
Set up different activities a different locations, flags are optional. What we have used before:

Have 1 person eat 4 cheese burgers and drink 1 can of coke

Paint or Laye it - paint a picture from demo or put a laye back together from a demo

Driving obstacle course
-
Physical obstacle course
-
Puzzles and riddles
-
finding brochures and prices etc etc at mall, airport, shop filled street.
