Cultral Evening
Get the kids to dress in something NOT of their culture.
Set up your youth room as an airport and have different countries as stations. Have some activities at each station relating to that country e.g. Brazil - soccer, Japan - make sushi
Give the kids paassports (which you can have ready before hand). Every time they want to go through another country, they have to go through customs who stamp their passports.
We found that pretending the kids were carryin illegal stuff, added excitement to the evening. Don't forgot a metal detector!
